This year will mark the 65th year that Joe's Trailer Sales, Inc. has been in business.

We will be closed from the dates of September 3rd through the 11th. We will re-open the 12th of September and resume regular business hours.

Preserving History Civil War Reenactment at Greenfield Village. We had participants in the reenactment who spent the whole weekend at the village in the shoes of our former fighters. This took place on Memorial Day weekend.

We also had participants in the Civil War reenactment in Manassas, Va. This was a two day reenactment of the battle in 1861. The battles are better known as that of Bull Run. You can read more about this battle here: http://www.civilwartraveler.com/EAST/VA/va-north/manassas.html#park.

There will be another reenactment event in Jackson, Mi that we hope you will take notice of. It will be held August 27-28th. Find more information here: http://civilwarmuster.org/

Harper Cruise - The Harper Cruise is coming up! The date is Wednesday, August 31st! We will be having our usual bouncy house extravaganza. Bring your kids on down to Joe's Trailer and let them play! Hope to see you there!

Along with the many other events we participate in, some of us will be doing the bridge Walk to Mackinac Island. This has been held every Labor Day since the bridge opened in 1957, making this more than a 50 year old tradition. If you would like to participate there is no fee to enter. It is a near five mile walk starting st St. Ignas and ending up in Mackinac city. A fun way to be a part of history. Mind you there are no bathrooms along the way.
